Hello there! Today we’re going to talk about how you can find your account number and your PIN based on who gives you your phone service! So, let’s get started!
AT&T – Quick Find!
Account Number:
Your account number is like your phone’s ID. For AT&T, it’s easy! If you get a bill or invoice, look at the upper right-hand corner. It’s usually there. Or, you can find it in your online account.
PIN Number:
Your PIN is a special 4-digit number that you give when you call AT&T. It’s like a secret code!
Changing Your PIN:
- First, go to your profile online.
- Choose your wireless account.
- Select “Sign-in Info.”
- Then go to the “Wireless passcode” section, and choose “Get A New Passcode.”
- Just follow the steps to make a new passcode!
- If you need help, you can call AT&T at 1-800-331-0500.
AT&T GoPhone/Prepaid – A Little Different!
Account Number:
For GoPhone or Prepaid services, you’ll have to call customer service by dialing 611 from your mobile phone.
PIN Number:
Just like the regular service, your PIN is 4 digits that you tell AT&T when you call them.

Verizon – Here’s How!
Account Number:
For Verizon, log into your online account and click on “Account” then “Account Overview.” Your account number will be at the top, and it ends in -00001.
PIN Number:
Your PIN is a 4-digit number. If you forget it, you can make a new one online or by calling Verizon at 1-800-922-0204.
Resetting Your PIN:
- Go to vzw.com/PIN.
- Sign in to your Verizon account.
- Make a new PIN and then type it again to make sure it’s right.
- Click “Submit.”
Verizon Prepaid – Easy-Peasy!
Account Number:
This one usually starts with an A and has letters and numbers.
PIN Number:
This is the 4-digit number you use to check your account from your phone.
Want to Talk to Someone?
Call 1-888-294-6804, enter your phone number, choose option 5 for ‘store locations,’ and then select 2 to speak to a representative.
Straight Talk – What’s Up!
Account Number:
To find your account number with Straight Talk, you’ll use the MEID or IMEI number of your phone. If you’re using your own phone with a SIM card from Straight Talk, then your account number is the last 15 digits of your SIM card number.
PIN Number:
Your PIN is like a secret code! You can find it on your online Straight Talk My Account page. Just click on “Update personal profile,” and you’ll see it listed as “Current security PIN.” If there isn’t a PIN there, make sure to create one! If you need help, call Straight Talk at 1-877-430-2355.
T-Mobile – Let’s Go!
Account Number:
Your account number with T-Mobile is a nine-digit number. You can find it in the upper right-hand corner of any bill or in your online account.
PIN Number:
Your PIN is another secret code! If you need to reset it:
- Log in to My T-Mobile and click “PROFILE.”
- Click your name at the top right, then “Profile.”
- Click “T-Mobile ID.”
- Click “Edit” next to PIN/Passcode.
- Follow the prompts, and you can set up your new PIN/Passcode!
- And don’t forget to click “Save.”
- If you need to talk to someone, call T-Mobile at 1-877-453-1304.
T-Mobile Prepaid – Almost There!
Account Number:
Your account number is your 10-digit phone number with a 1 in front.
PIN Number:
Your PIN is the 4-digit number you give when calling customer service. Need help? You can reach them at 1-877-453-1304.
US Cellular – Nearly Done!
Account Number:
Don’t know your account number? No problem! Just call US Cellular at 1-888-944-9400, and they will help you out!
PIN Number:
Your PIN is a 4-digit secret number associated with your account. If you don’t know it, call US Cellular directly.
Airvoice – Last One!
Account Number:
With Airvoice, your account number is your SIM card number.
PIN Number:
And your PIN? It’s the last four digits of your phone number! If you need help, just call Airvoice at 1-888-944-2355.
Boost – On the Move!
Account Number:
Not sure what your account number is? Don’t worry! You just need to call Boost Mobile at 1-888-266-7848, and they’ll help you out!
PIN Number:
Your PIN is a secret 4-digit number. If you forgot it, you have to call Boost to get it back.
CenturyLink – Keep it Simple!
Account Number:
Your account number is in the upper right-hand corner of any of your bills. It’s your phone number plus three more digits. If you can’t find it, you can call CenturyLink at 1-888-638-6771.
PIN Number:
Your PIN is really easy, it’s just 0000.
Cincinnati Bell/i-Wireless – You’re Covered!
Account Number:
To get your account number, give a ring to 1-877-595-2229.
PIN Number:
If you don’t have a PIN, you’ll need to call to set one up. Make sure to do this 24 hours before you start your port.
Comcast – Stay Connected!
Account Number:
Look in the upper right-hand corner of any bill or invoice from Comcast, and there it is, your account number!
PIN Number:
Comcast would have given you a PIN, and it’s usually chosen for you. If you need to change it, you can do so through your online account. And remember, you won’t find your PIN on any bill or invoice. If you need help, call Comcast at 1-800-266-2278.
Consumer Cellular – Almost There!
Account Number:
You can find this number online or by calling Consumer Cellular at 1-888-345-5509.
PIN Number:
Your PIN is the last four digits of the account holder’s SSN. If that doesn’t work, try 0000. If you need to port, the porting center number is 888-750-5519.
Credo – Friendly Reminder!
Finding Your Account Number:
Credo calls the account number a “member number.” To get it, all you have to do is text ACCOUNT to 27336! Easy, right?
Your Secret PIN:
Guess what? Your PIN is 0000. If you need help, call Credo at 1-800-411-0848. They’re super friendly!
Cricket – No Worries!
Getting Your Account Number:
You can find your account number online or by calling Cricket Customer Support at 1-800-274-2538. They’re there to help!
Setting Up Your PIN:
Your PIN is a four-digit Authorization ID that you set up when you created your online account. You’ll need this PIN when you make changes to your account online, so don’t forget it!
EasyGo Wireless – Almost There!
Finding Your Account Number:
To find out your account number and get your mobile number released for porting, just call customer service at 1-800-643-4926. They’ll ask you about the 3 most recent outgoing calls to make sure it’s you!
Your PIN Number:
Follow the instructions above to get your PIN. EasyGo is super helpful!
FreedomPop – Keep Going!
Finding Your Account Number:
Log into your online FreedomPop account, go to My Account, then Account Settings, and you’ll find your account number there.
Getting Your PIN:
If you can’t see your PIN number, you’ll need to chat with a customer service rep to get it. Just log into your FreedomPop account to contact them.
GoSmart – Last One!
Your Account Number:
It’s just your 10 digit phone number!
Setting up Your PIN:
Your four-digit PIN is the same one you use when calling customer service. If you don’t have one, you can set it up by calling 611 from your GoSmart phone. Say “no” when asked if you want to refill, then choose “Manage my account,” and finally, “change my account PIN.” Need to chat? Call GoSmart at 1-877-582-7788.
Important Note:
Remember, the zip code on the request should match what’s on your GoSmart account. Keep everything matching and accurate!
Google Project Fi – Don’t Worry, Be Happy!

Your 10-digit MDN is your account number.
Secret PIN:
Your PIN is the one you use to access Google Voice voicemail from another phone.
Important Note:
Porting Google Voice numbers are like moving landlines. So, it will take 5-7 days to complete. Be patient!

You can find your account number in your online account.
Your PIN:

H2O Wireless – You Got This!
Account Number:
Give a ring to customer service at 1-800-643-4926. They’ll release your number for porting and tell you your account number and PIN. They’ll ask about the three most recent outgoing calls to make sure it’s really you!

Kroger i-wireless – Easy Peasy!
Account Number:
It’s your 10 digit phone number.
Don’t Know Your PIN?
It’s the 4-8 digit PIN you set up when activating. If you forgot, call 1-888-880-4497.
Line2 – Almost There!
Account Number:
It’s your 10 digit phone number without dashes, but add a “1” to the beginning!
Secret PIN:
It’s 0000! Call Line2 at 1-888-613-6357 if you need help.
LycaMobile – Last One!
Account Number:
It’s 11 digits long. Call Customer Service at 1-866-277-3221 to get it.
Your Four-Digit CIP:
Lyca sends this number via text when you first register. If you forgot it, contact Customer Service at 1-866-277-3221.
Magic Jack – Abracadabra!
Account Number:
Find it online in your Magic Jack account or by calling the magical customer service at 1-844-866-2442.
PIN Number:
Login online, head to the manage log-in account tab, and change the pin to a six-digit number. Magic Jack may say you can use the online account log-in password, but remember, we only accept a numerical pin!
Metro PCS – Keepin’ It Simple!
Account Number:
It’s nine digits! Login to your account at MetroPCS.com, click on Payments, and select any month. Also, check bill reminder text messages sent by Metro PCS.
PIN Number:
It’s your eight-digit birthdate, unless you’ve made changes. Call Metro PCS at 1-888-863-8768 if you need help.
Onvoy – Let’s Get in Touch!
Account Number & PIN:
You’ll need to contact Onvoy directly at 1-800-933-1224 as this information may vary.
Important:
For a smooth porting request, all information must match exactly with Onvoy’s records. If there are any discrepancies, expect a delay of 2 business days. Contact Onvoy at 1-800-933-1224 between 9am-6pm CST, select option 4, then 3 for porting.
Ooma – Ring Ring!
Account Number:
It’s your 10-digit mobile number with a one in front. Simple, isn’t it?
PIN Number:
It’s your Ooma account password. Having trouble? Call Ooma at 1-866-929-6662.
Important:
Use Ooma corporate headquarters address as the name and billing address on your port request: First name – Ooma, Last name – Inc 1880 Embarcadero Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94303.
Page Plus – Easy as Pie!
Account Number:
It’s your 10-digit phone number. Easy to remember, right?
PIN Number:
The last four digits of your phone number unless you’ve changed it. If you need a hand, call Page Plus at 1-800-550-2436.

Account Number:
Find it on the left side of your online dashboard. It’s easy to spot!
PIN Number:
The last four digits of the phone number unless altered. Need assistance? Call Puppy Wireless at 1-800-724-7164.
Red Pocket Mobile – In Your Pocket!
Account Number:
Your 10-digit phone number. That’s all!
PIN Number:
The last four digits of your phone number. For any assistance, call Red Pocket Wireless at 1-712-775-8777.
Republic Wireless – Keep it Republic!
Account Number:
It’s your 10-digit phone number!
PIN Number:
You can find this in your online account portal in the account settings section. Secure and simple!
Selectel Wireless – Select and Go!
Account Number:
After login, the eight-digit number labeled “Account” is displayed on your online account.
PIN Number:
Your established four-digit PIN. If lost, call customer support at 1-877-218-5744.
Spectrum – Broad and Clear!
Account Number:
Find it in the upper left-hand corner of your bill.
PIN Number:
Use your zip code. Though not required, an error might necessitate a manual release. You can call Spectrum at 1-855-855-4575.
Telcel America – Keeping it International!
Account Number:
Either the MEID or IMEI of the phone, or if using a BYOP SIM card, the last 15 digits of your SIM card.
PIN Number:
Find it on your online Telcel America My account page by clicking Update personal profile where it’s listed as Current security PIN. If blank, establish a PIN before porting. For queries, call Telcel America at 1-800-220-9518.
Tello – Tell it Right!
Account Number:
Not sure about this? Contact Tello customer service at 1-866-377-0294.
PIN Number:
Use 0000 as a placeholder as Tello does require a port out PIN.
TracFone / Net10 – Keep it Straight!
Account Number:
MEID or IMEI of the phone, or if using a BYOP SIM card, the last 15 digits of your SIM card.
PIN Number:
Just use 0000.
Important:
Ports may fail due to a zip code error even if correct. In such cases, use the head office zip code 33178. For assistance, call TracFone at 1-800-867-7183.

Typically the account holder’s birthday in a MMDDYY format, unless modified. For instance, January 10, 1965, would be 011065.

The verification PIN used with Vonage. If unknown, reach out to Vonage at 1-866-243-4357.
Important Note:
If the standard billing zip code fails, use Vonage headquarters’ zip code 07733 in the address field.
